Design Insurance Programs
We advise our clients on types of policies available given their exposure. Once we reach a complete understanding of the client’s risk profile, we then structure policies accordingly and identify the most suitable risk carriers with an appetite for the type of risk the client is exposed to. If the client is seeking extraordinary coverage, we can negotiate bespoke terms.
Handle Claims
When we make a placement with a client, we first make clear pertinent conditions for a claim to be considered, such as notification periods, exclusions and actions that may lead to repudiation. Given the event of claim notification, we first endeavor to reiterate how the Claims Process works and what is required to lodge a claim that will be fully processed by an insurer. Once the claim has been successfully lodged, follow-ups to the progression of the claim with the Insurers are done at frequent intervals to keep the client abreast of every step of the process.
Resolve Disputes or Complaints
In any form of business, grievances are bound to happen, Insurance is not any different. Disputes or complaints inevitably arise between Clients and their risk carriers. As an intermediary, we strive to ensure relationships between the two parties remain professional and cordial.
